What is a TV Translator?

Here is a quick explanation of what a TV Translator is and an introduction to what we do in Ogden Valley to bring you Over-the-Air Television.

Who Are We?

The Weber County, Ogden Valley Recreation / Transmission Special Service District manages and maintains TV Translator facilities to service residents of Ogden Valley, Weber County, Utah. Residents can receive over-the-air TV using digital TV receivers and appropriate antennas, without cable or satellite subscription charges.

The board members are volunteers who are also residents of Ogden Valley. They hold a monthly meeting at 7:00 PM on the second Wednesday of each month in the Ogden Valley Branch of the Weber County Library, in Huntsville. Members of the public are welcomed to attend.
